RESOLUTION NO. 3516 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA DISAPPROVING THE ACTION OF THE PLANNl~NG <br />C0~ISSION IN TM GR~NTING OF A VARIANCE. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has heretofore adopted their <br />Resolution ~o. 98, granting a variance to Lawrence Ltunber Company cov- <br />ering property hereinafter described; and <br /> WHEREAS, the action of said Planning Connaission has been reported <br /> <br />to the City Cottuctl, <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> (1) It is the opinion of the City Cotmcil, and the City council <br />does find, that the variance herein referred to does not prescribe suf- <br />ficiently definite conditions to reconcile all interests affected, and <br />that such more definite conditions as to the use o£ the property under <br />such variance should be included in the granting of such variance. <br /> (B) That therefore, the action of the Planning Commission in <br /> g~anting such variance is hereby disapproved, without prejudice to the <br /> presentation to the City Council of a variance covering said property, <br /> with definite conditions as to where lumber may be stacked, the location <br /> of any additional buildings, and when the proposed fence must be con- <br /> <br />structed. <br /> The property referred to in this Resolution is described as fol- <br /> <br /> All that certain property bounded on t he east by <br /> south Main Street, on the south by South Broadway, <br /> on the north by Anahurst Place, and on the west by the <br /> prolongation south of the rear lot line of Lots 6 to 15, <br /> inclusive, in Block B of Tract No. 59V. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana~ <br />California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 4th day of November, <br /> <br />1946. <br /> <br />ATTEST: .~j ~~ .... <br /> Czty Clerk <br /> <br />(Seal) <br /> <br /> <br />
