RESOLUTION NO. ~'~ <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PEDESTRIAN CROSS-WALKS <br /> UNDFER ORDINAN CE NO.1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF Tt~ CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordi- <br />nance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Aha, entitled "An Ordinance <br />of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the use of Public Highways <br />within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does <br />hereby declare that in accordance with the provisions of <br />Section 11 of said'Ordinance No. 1030, a pedestrian cross-walk <br />is hereby established, as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> Across North Nain Street, between Twentieth Street <br />and Buffalo Avenue, the South line of ~ich is 383 feet North <br />of the North line of Twentieth Street. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana at its regular adjourned meeting held on the ~ <br />day of f~w~--~ , 1946. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
