RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE <br />WITH PAUL R. GUSTLIN AND EVELYN GUSTLIN, <br />WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN SPACE IN SAI~IAG0 <br />PARK. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Paul R. Gustlin and Evelyn Gustltn are assignees of a lease- <br />hold interest of R. J. Brady and Doris ~ay Brady, in and to certain space <br />in the Santiago Park, Santa Ana, California, under and by virtue of the <br />lease from the City of Santa Ana, dated January V, 1946; <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, said Paul R. Gustlin and Evelyn Gustlin have presented <br />to the City Council a new lease for said space, which lease will cancel said <br />lease of January 7, 19~6; <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, an adequate consideration is offered to the City for said <br />lease, and it appears to be to the advantage and best interests of the City <br />of Santa Ana to enter into such lease; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA that the Mayo~ of the City of Santa Aha be and he is hereby author- <br />ized to enter into a lease, with agreement cancelling previous lease, with <br />Paul R. Gustlin and Evelyn Gustlin, husband and wife, for and on behalf of <br />the City, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest <br />her signature thereto, a copy of which lease is attached to this Resolution, <br />marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof, the same as if fully set forth <br />in this Resolution. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council held <br /> <br /> on the~ day of December, 1946. <br /> <br />ATTEST :~ ~ <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
