RE OLUTIO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING STOP INTERSECTION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Aha, entitled "An Ordi- <br />nance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the Use of Public <br />Highways within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council <br />does hereby declare that the following named intersection within <br />the said City of Santa Ana, hereinafter described, is hereby <br />declared to be a stop intersection within the meaning contemplated <br />and intended by the Vehicle Code of the State of California: <br /> <br />The intersection of St. Gertrude Place and Orange <br />Avenue, and all traffic from all four directions <br />shall stop before entering the intersection. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the Cit~ of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the~day of <br /> <br />1946. <br /> <br />City Clerk. <br /> <br /> <br />
