KESOLUT I0N N0. ~__~ RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF DEED TO 0IL AND G%S RIGHTS. BE IT RESOLYF~3 BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: WHEREAS, heretofore a deed has been delivered to and accepted by the City of Santa Aha from Eugene Griset and Lula Griset, his wife, covering the property hereinafter described; and whereas said deed, through inadvertence in drafting, granted to the City a fee title, where- as it was intended thereby to convey to the City and for the City to ac- cept a deed of an easement for sewer purposes only; and whereas it is now proposed by Eugene Griset and Lula Griset to enter into an oil and gas lease upon certain property, including the property hereinafter described: NOW THEREFORE, the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of santa Aha are hereby authorized and directed to execute a grant deed to Eugene Griset and Lula Griset, his wife, for all oil, gas and other hydrocarbon substances in, upon and under those pieces and parcels of land situate in the County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: A strip of land 30 feet wide, being 15 feet on each side of and measured at right angles to a line which is described as follows: Commencing at a point in the center lins of Greenville Road which bea~a North 0° 20~ West and 2718.36 feet distant from the point of intersection with the center line of Greenville Road and the center line of Talbert Blvd,, said point being designated as Engineer's Station 100 % 43.95 of the surveyed center line of the Outfall Sewer of the City of Santa Aha; thence North 72° 58' 50" East along said center line to Engineer's Station 86 % 08.~2 for the point of beginning; thence continuing North 72° 58~ 50" East along the aforesaid center line a distauce of 67.40 feet, more or less, to a point in the South line of Lot 10, of the Williams Tract, said point also being designated as Engineer's Station 85 $ 39.02 of the sua-~eyed center line of said Outfall Sewer. Said 30 foot in width strip of land containing 0.046 thous- andths of an acre, more or less. G~antees, their heirs and assigns, shall have the right of ingress and egress over and upon the above described l~nd, but shall not place thereon any derricks, buildings or permanent structure s.
