RESOLUTION FOR SA~',~: OF REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: <br /> <br /> That, pursuant to. Resolution of Intention so to do, this <br />City sell to <br />that certain real property belonging t~this City, and described as <br /> <br />being in the City of Santa Ana, Orange County, California, and <br /> <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />All of Lot "A", Tract No. 681, as per map thereof <br />recorded in Book 20, Page 32, of Miscellaneous <br />Maps, Records of Orange County, California, ex- <br />cept the following: <br /> <br />The Easterly 10 feet; <br />The Westerly 60 feet of the Easterly 31§ feet; <br />The Westerly 60 feet of the Easterly 620 feet; and <br />The Easterly 60 feet of the Westerly 255 feet, <br />which exceptions are hereby reserved and dedicated <br />by the City of ganta Ana for street purposes; <br /> <br />and that the Mayor and City Clerk be, <br /> <br />to execute a deed to said property to ~.~ <br /> <br />upon receipt by th$ City of ~ ~s~of <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Santa Ana, at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of <br /> <br />December, 1946. <br /> <br />ATTEST:~ ~ <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
