I . <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED DY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> ~I~EAS by Resolution. No. 3167 of the City Council of <br /> the City of Santa Aha, dated the 2nd day of November, 1942, <br /> pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of <br /> California, and ptarsuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 <br /> of the City of Santa Aha, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the <br /> Use of Public Highways Within said City", adopted April 6, 1936,. <br /> the City Council did declare that the following curb along the <br /> public highway in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Red as <br /> provided in Subdivision "e" of Section 9 of said Ordinance <br /> No. 1030, and the City Engineer was thereby directed to cause <br /> said curb to be painted as above described on the following curb, <br /> to-wit: <br /> <br /> WEST THIRD STREET <br /> <br /> On the South side between Main Street and Sycamore <br />Street, located as follows: <br /> <br /> The East 67 feet of the West ll8 feet. <br /> <br /> AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon and <br /> eliminate that certain no parking zone as above described. <br /> <br /> NOW THERE?ORE, be it resolved that the foregoing no <br />parking zone is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby <br />directed to cause the paint On said curb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Sant~ Ana at its regular meeting held on the /L~day of <br />~ 1946. <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />/, ayor <br /> <br /> <br />
