RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LINITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE cITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS by Resolution No. 3493 of the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana, dated the 3rd day of September, 1948, <br />pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of <br />California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 <br />of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the <br />Use of Public Highways Within said City", adopted April 6, 19~6, <br />the City Council did declare that the following curb along the <br />public highway in the City of Santa Ana be painted green and bear <br />a legend in white letters thereon indicating that the maximum <br />time limit for parking shall be twenty (~0) minutes, as provided <br />in Subdivision "F" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1050, and <br />the City Engineer was thereby directed to cause said curb to be <br />painted as abov~ described on the following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> BROADWAY <br /> <br /> On the East side between Church and Tenth Streets, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The North 16.8 feet of the South lV7.8 feet. <br /> <br /> AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon <br /> <br />and eliminate that certain twenty (~0) minute zone as above <br />described. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing twenty <br />(B0) minute parking zone is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer <br />is hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed <br />or covered. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions <br />of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the <br />provisions of said Ordinance No. 1030, the following curb along <br /> <br /> <br />
