=s0 ION N0. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF DEED TO 0IL AND GAS RIGHTS. HE IT RESOLV~ BY TPE CIT~OGUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: WH~HEAS, heretofore a deed has been delivered to and accepted by the City of Santa Aha from A. J. Gisler and Ma~y A. Gisler, covering the property hereinafter described;and whereas said deed, through inadvertence in drafting, granted to the City a fee title, whereas it was intended there- by to convey to the City and for the City to accept a deed of an easement for sewer purposes only; and whereas it is now proposed by A. J. Gisler and Mary A. Gislerto enter into an oil and gas lease upon certain property, including the property hereinafter described; NOW THEREFORE, the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Banta Aha are hereby authorimed and directed to execute a grant deed to A. J. Gisler and Mary A. Gisler, for all oil, gas and other hydrocarbon substances, in, upon and under those pieces and parcels of land situate in the County of Orange, State of California, described as fellows: A strip of landm 20 feet in width, being 10 feet on each side of a center line which is l? feet southeasterly from and parallel to the center line of that certain lA feet in width right of way granted to the City of Santa Ana by deed dated November lA, from John N. Hearn, et ux, ~ecorded in Book 6§0, Page 2l~,~ Records of Orange County, California, as a right of way on which to con- struct, reconstruct, maintain and repair a pipe line or lines, to- gether with necessary manholes and appurtenances for conveying of sew~gee The center line of the aforementioned iA foot strip of land is more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the po~ut of intersection of the East line of the Southwest one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter of Section Township 6 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & Me, with the surveyed cen- ter line of the outfall sewer of the City of Santa ~ua, said center line extending South 68° 69' West from a point in the center line of Newhope Street, whie~m bears South 0° 43! East and 1888e98 feet, more or less, distant~f~em the North one-quarter cor~r of said Section J$; continuing South ~S~ 69, West along said surveyed center line to its intersection with the South line of said Southwest one- ~uarter of the Northwest one-quarter of Section Said 20 feet in width strip of land containing 0.0~? of an acre, more Or lesSe Grantees, their heirs and assigns, shall have the right of ingress and egress over and upon the above described land, but shall not place thereon any derricks, buildings or permanent structures.
