Law~ence and Ca~rie M. Law~ence, his wife, <br />have presented to the City Council of the City cf Santa Aha, a Grant <br />Deed dated November 12th, 194S, conveying to the City the following <br />described real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, <br /> <br />State <br /> <br />of California: <br /> <br />Tract No. 597, as shown on a map <br />7 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records <br />fo~nia, and the Easterly line of <br /> <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the center line of <br />Anahurst Place· said center line being the South line of <br /> recorded in Book 19, page <br /> of Orange County, Call- <br /> Broadway as extended <br /> <br /> Southeasterly to Main Street, as described in deed f~om <br /> Charles E. Lawrence et ux to the City of santa Aha, Cali- <br /> fornia, dated February 26, 1941 and recorded in Book 10~0, <br /> page 409 of Official Heoor~ls of Orange County, California; <br /> thence Easterly along the said center line of A_uahurst <br /> Place a distance of 109 feets more or less, to a point <br /> which is at the intersection of the said center line of <br /> 'Anahurst Place with the East line of Lots 16 to 25 inclu- <br /> sive, in Block "B" of Tract No. 597, extended Southerly; <br /> thence Southerly along the said Southerly extended East <br /> line of Lots 16 to 25 inclusive, a distance of <br /> feet, more or less, to a point in the Northeasterly line <br /> of Broadway as described in the aforementioned deed from <br /> Charles E.
