NO. <br /> <br /> ItE~OLUTION CONCERNIN~ PARKIN~ LIMITATIONB <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT P~SOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~NTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS by ResoluTion No. 2~8~ of The City Council of <br />The City of ~anta Aha, dated the 5th day of Oo~ober, 1936, <br />pursuant to The provisions of ~he Vehicle Cods of the S~a%e of <br />~allfornia, and pursuant to the provisions of Ol~inance No. 1030 <br />of the City of Santa Aha, entitled ~An Ol~linance P~gulating the <br />Use of Public Highways Within said Citya, adopted April 6, 1936, <br />the City Council dad declare that the following curb along the <br />public highway in the City of Santa Al~a shall be painted Red as <br />provided in Subdivision "e# of Section 9 of said Or~linance No. <br />1030, and the City Engineer was thereby directed to cause said <br />curb to be painted as above described on the following curb, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br /> WEST FIRST ST~.T <br /> <br /> On The North side between Main ana Sycamox-e Streets, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The Easterly 39 feet of the Westerly 164 feet. <br /> <br /> The East 36 feet. <br /> <br /> AND, it is the ~eeire of the C~'ty Council to abandon and <br />eliminate Those certain no parking zones as above <br /> <br /> NOW THEP~RE, be it ~esolved %ha~ the fox~egoing no park- <br />ing zones are hereby eliminated, an~ the City Engineer is hereby <br />directed to cause the paint on said cumb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER I~ESOLVED that pursuant to ~he provisions of <br />~he Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the <br />provisions of said Ordinance No. 1030, the following curb along the <br />public highway in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Red as <br />provided in Subdivision #e~ of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, <br /> <br /> <br />
