KE~OLUTION GRANTING T~ SWEET PRODUCTS CO., A CORPORATION, PERMISSION TO CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN FOR TEN ~EARS, A B~IDGE ACROSS SANTA WHEREAS, Tree Sweet l~oducts Co., a corporation, owns or controls p~operty on each side of Santa Fe Street between East Second and East Third Street, in the City of Santa Ana, and in the use of said property req,,t~es a bridge across Santa Fe Street for conveying fx~tt and fxa~it produc~s; and ~, said T~ee Sweet l~oducts Co., a corporation, has filed an application in letter fo~n with the City Council of the City of Santa Asa, request~ a pex~nit to construct and m~ntain for a period of ten years, such a bridge ac~ ss said Santa Street for such purposes; and W~A.% it appears to the City Council that said Santa Fe Street is a short street, in a manufacturing district, and that the proposed bridge will not interfere with the public user of said street nor cast any extra burden upon adjacent or closely situated l~ope~ty; ~OWTHEREFORE, BE IT ~SO~q~): That Tree Sweet l~oducts a corporation, be and it is hereby F~anted a permit to construct, and maintain for a period of ten years from date hereof, a structure consisting of and including a bridge with conveyors, walkwaye for servicing conveyors, and power lines, but no steam or other pipe lines, across and over Santa Fe Street, between East Second and East Tbt~d Streets, in the City of Santa Asa, subject to each and all of the following specifications and condltionsl FIRST: That said structures shall cross Santa Fe Street at a point not less than 60 feet nor more than 100 feet South of the center line of East Thix~l SECOI~: That said struotu~e~ including an~ of its adjuncts protruding members, shall not exceed a width of lS feet;
