RESOLUTION NO. 3693 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED V~iEREAS, George Stearns and Etta Mae Stearns, husband and wife, have presented to the City Council of Santa Ann a grant deed dated August 5, 1948, conveying to the City of Santa Aha an easement for al- lay purposes over and across that real property situate in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center line of Parton Street (50.00 feet wide) as shown on a Map of Tract No. 1154, recorded in Book 37, Page 13, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, said point being distant South 0~ 15' 10" West 199.00 feet from an intersection of said center line with the South line, or the extension thereof, of Seventeenth ~treet as widened to 80.00 feet by final decree of condemnation rendered January ll, 1932 in Case No. 27242, in the Superior Court of Orange County, California; thence from said point of beginning West, parallel to said South line of Seventeenth Street, 281.66 feet to a point in a line parallel to and distant East 239.00 feet from the East line of Flower Street (60.00 feet wide) as described in deed to the City of Santa Ann, recorded February 8, 1946 in Book 1373, page 419 of Official Records, records of said County; %hence South 0° 37' 33" West, along said parallel line, 18.00 feet to a point; thence East, parallel to said South line of Seventeenth Street, 281.78 feet to a point in said center line of Patton Street; thence North 0° 15' 10" East, along said center line, 18.00 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions and rights of way of record. Also subject to taxes for the fiscal year 1948-1949, not, yet pay- able. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Santa Ann accepts the deed of said real property hereinabove describeG. The City Clerk of the City of Santa A~a is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
