RESOLUTION NO. 3695 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Roy S. Horton has presented to the City Council of Santa Aha <br />a grant deed dated August 20, 1948, conveying to the City of Santa Aha all <br />that real property situate in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, <br />State of California, and described as follows: <br /> <br /> The West l0 feet of Lot 10 in Block "C" of Bartlett,s <br /> Addition to the Town of Santa Aaa, as per map thereof <br /> recorded in Book 13, page 45 of Miscellaneous ]~ecords <br /> of Los Angeles County, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Santa Ann accepts the <br />deed of said real property hereinabove described.
