RESOLUTION NO. 3698 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GR~ DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mary C. Castro, has presented to the City <br />Council of Santa Ama a grant deed dated August 31st, 1948, <br />conveying to t~e City of Santa Ann an easement for driveway, <br />parking and approach area purposes over and across that real <br />property situate in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, <br />State of California, and described as follows: <br /> <br /> The East 13~ feet of the North 96 feet of Lot 5, <br /> B~ock C, of the Goldsmith Addition to the Tolgn <br /> of Santa Aaa, as per map thereof recorded in Book <br /> 31 at Page 23, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles <br /> County. <br /> <br /> Subject to the right of said grantor to pass over <br /> said real property and the paved surface thereof for <br /> ingress and egress. <br /> <br /> NOW, TP~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 0ity of Santa <br /> <br />Ann accepts the deed of said real property hereinabove descri- <br />bed.
