RESOLUTION NO . ~700 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br />WEE~AS, Allison Honer Company, a partnership composed of Allison <br /> <br />Honer and Helen L. Honer, has presented to the City Council of Santa Ama <br /> <br />a grant deed dated September..~Oth, 1958, conveying to the City of Santa <br /> <br />Ama all that real property situate in the City of Santa A~a, County of <br /> <br />Orange, State of California, and described as follows: <br /> <br />A portion of Lot 3 of Ports, Borden & Sldwell Tract, <br />as par map thereof recorded in Book 4, page 624 of <br />Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, Cali- <br />fornia, described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the point of intersection of the <br />South line of Bonnie Brae with the West line of Tract <br />No. 761, as per map thereof recorded in Book 22, page <br />35 of ~iscellan~ous.Maps, records of said Orange County; <br />thence North ~9° 51' 00" West along the Westerly exten- <br />sion of the South line of said Bonnie Brae 379.21 feet <br />to a point in the East line of Greenleaf ~reet as <br />granted to The City of Santa Ann by deed recorded <br />August 18th, 1924 in Book 534, page 294 of Deeds, <br />records of said Orange County; then North 1° 00' East <br />along said East line, a distance of 90.60 feet to the <br />beginning of a tangent curve concave to the ~ortheast <br />and having a radius of 40.00 feet; thence Southerly <br />and Easterly along said curve, through a central angle <br />of 90° 51', a distance of 63,42 feet to a point in the <br />Westerly extended ~orth l~ne of said Bonnie Brae; <br />thence South 89° 51' 00" East along said Westerly <br />extended ~or~h line, a distance of 338.65 feet to the <br />West line of said Tract ~o. 761; thence South 1° 03' 15" <br />West along said West line 50.00 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Oity of Santa Ann accepts <br /> <br />the deed of said real property hereinabove described.
