RESOLUTION . <br /> <br />HESOLUTION APPROVING ~AAP SHO%¥ING PORTION OF AN <br />UN-NAMED ALLEY IN THE CITY 0F SANTA ANA PROPOSED <br />TO BE VACATED AND ABANDONED. <br /> <br />Aha at <br /> <br />1948. <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, heretofore the City Engineer of the City of Santa <br />Aha has presented to the City Council of Santa Ana a certain map show- <br />ing a portion of an un-n~ned alley which said city proposes to vacate, <br />abandon and close up, and which is described as follows: <br /> <br /> All of that certain un-named alley being <br /> approximately ~00, x 1~5.75' lying South <br /> of Lots One (1) through Eight (8) both in- <br /> clusive, and North of Lots Nine (9) <br /> through Sixteen (16), both inclusive, of <br /> Block "A" of the Fifth Street Tract as <br /> ~er map thereof recorded in Book 4, Page <br /> i of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of <br /> Orange County, California; bounded on the <br /> West by the East line of Pacific Avenue <br /> and on the East by the East llne of said <br /> Fifth Street Tract. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the said map be a~d the <br />same is hereby approved. The City Clerk of the City of ~anta Aha is <br />ordered au d directed to file the smme in the proceedings for the <br />abandonment of said portion of said alley, that said map iaay be used <br />in connection with the Ordinance or Hesolution of Intention to vacate <br />said alley, and that said map may be available for inspection by the <br />publi c. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br /> its regular meeting held on the.
