RESOLUTION NO. 8709 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1050 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CIT~/ COUNCIL OF TIiE CITY 0P SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS by Resolution No. 3518 of the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana, dated the 18th day of November, 1946, <br />pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of <br />California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 <br />of the City of santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the <br />Use of Public Highways within said City", adopted April 6, 1936,, <br />the City Council did declare that the following curb along the <br />public highway in the City of Santa Aha be painted Yellow as <br />provided in Subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, <br />and the City Engineer was thereby directed to cause said curb to <br />be painted as above described on the following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> B~SH STREET <br /> <br /> On the West side between Sixth and Seventh Streets, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The South 20 feet of the North 30 feet. <br /> <br /> AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon and <br /> eliminate that certain loading zone as above described. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing loading <br /> zone is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby directed <br /> to cause the painton said curb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha, at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of <br /> <br />November , 1948. <br /> <br />ATTESTitty~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
