RESOLUTION No. S?IS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO AMEND 0RDIN.~NCE NO. <br />KNOWN AS THE "USE DISTRICTING ORDINANCE" <br /> <br />1075 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after study and upon request of many citizens, the <br />City Council has determined the advisability of amending Ordinance <br />No. 107~. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLED: That Subdivision 5 of Sec- <br />tion 6 of said Ordinance be amended by adding to maid Subdivision <br />5, at the end thereof, the following language: <br /> <br /> "Also: <br /> <br /> The following described property: <br /> <br /> Lots 5, 8 and 9 in Block 24 of Town of santa Ann; <br /> Lots 6~ 7, 8, 9, and l0 in Block D, Lots 8, 9 and <br /> l0 in ~lock C, Lots l, 2, 3, 10, and the South 30 <br /> feet of Lot 9 in Block F, Lots l, 2, 3 and $ in <br /> Block E of Price and Stella Fruit Addition. <br /> <br /> Lots 1 to 15, inclusive, in Thomas' Addition to <br /> the Town of Santa Ann. <br /> <br /> Lots 5, 6 and 9 in Block B, Lot i and all except <br /> the Easterly 60 feet of Lots 2 to 7, inclusive, <br /> in Block ¢, and Lot 2 and the Northerly 30 feet <br /> of Lot 3 in Block D of Fruit Addition to Santa <br /> Ann East. <br /> <br /> The City Clerk is hereby instructed to send a certified copy <br />hereof to the Santa Ama Planning Commission. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Aha at its regular <br />1948. <br /> <br />ATTE ST: <br /> <br />CITY CLERE <br /> <br />, meeting held on the lSth day of Novemher , <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
