RESOLUTION NO. _.~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING STOP INTERSECTION <br /> <br />BE IT RES_0LVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS~ <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of 0rdi- <br />nance Nc. 1050of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance <br />of the City of Santa Aha Regulating the Use of Public Highways <br />within said City", adopted April 6, 1956, the City Council does <br />hereby declare that the following named intersection within the <br />said City of Santa Aha, hereinafter described, is hereby declared <br />to be a stop intersection within the meaning contemplated and <br />intended by the Vehicle Code of the State of California: <br /> <br />The intersection of FOURTH STREET and FLOWER STREET, <br />and all traffic shall stop on Flower Street before <br />entering the intersection. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of <br /> <br /> De~e~e~ , 1948. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
