RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING A TBROUGH STREET IN THE <br /> <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of 0rdi- <br />nance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Aha, entitled"An Ordinance <br />of the City of Santa Aha Regulating the Use of Public Highways <br />Within said City", adopted April 6,. 1936, the City Council does <br />hereby declare that the following named public street within the <br />said City of Santa Ana between the limits hereinafter described <br />is hereby declared to be a through street, within the meaning con- <br />tem~lated and intended by the Vehicle Code of the State of Cali~- <br />fornia: <br /> <br /> FOURTH STREET from the East City Limits to the West <br />City Limits, except at its intersection with Grand Avenue, Main <br />Street, Flower Street and Bristol Street, excepting that at all <br />intersections when automatic traffic signals are in operation, <br />the signals shall govern. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of <br /> <br />I)eeembe~ , 1948. <br /> <br />ATTEST:~ <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
