RESOLUTION NO. 3716 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> U~DER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLV~ BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> WHER~EAS, by previous Resolution of the City Council <br />of the City of Santa An&, pursuant to the provisions of the <br />Vehicle Code of the State of California~ and pursuant to the <br />provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana~ <br />entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the Use of Public Highways <br />within said City", adopted April 6, 1956, the City Council did <br />declare that the following curbs and pavement adjacent thereto <br />along the public highways in the City of Santa Ana shall be <br />painted with stripes to indicate that diagonal parking is <br />permitted as provided in Subdivision "D" of Section 9, of said <br />Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer was thereby directed <br /> <br /> the <br /> <br />to cause tha curb to be painted as above described on <br />following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br />Streets. <br /> <br /> FOUaTH .STHEE <br /> <br />On the North side between Bristol and Hesperian <br /> <br /> AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon <br />and eliminate that certain diagonal parking as above demc~ibe~e <br /> <br /> NOW THEBEFOHE, be it resolved that the foregoing <br />diagonal parking is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is <br />hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb and pavement to <br />be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana, at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of <br /> <br />December , 1948. <br /> <br />ATTEST:~ <br /> City Clerk. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
