RESOLUTION NO. 3717 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT EMPLOYING <br /> THE STATE PERSONNEL BOARD <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore eh agreement was entered into <br />between the State Personnel Board and the City of Santa Ana <br />governing the terms and conditions of employment of said State <br />Personnel Board, to prepare a set of rules and regulations for <br />the administration of Civil Service in the City of Santa Aha; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHE~S, said agreement has now been reduced to <br />writing and is ready for execution. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That t~e City of <br />Santa Aha accepts the terms and conditions of the agreement <br />of employment of the State Personnel Board, which agreement <br />provides for the furnishing of technical personnel services <br />to said city for the study and preparation of rules and regu- <br />lations for the administration of the Civil Service System <br />in said city, and the City Clerk and the Mayor of the City <br />of Santa Ama are hereby empowered and directed to execute the <br />same on behalf of said City. <br /> <br /> PASSED ANDADOPTED by the City Council of the City <br />of Santa A~a at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of <br /> <br />December, 1948. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CITY CLERK <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
