RESOLUTION NO. ~718 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUIT CLAIM DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS Chas. A. Harp and Ethel M. Harp, husband and wife, <br />have heretofore presented to the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha, a quitclaim deed dated April 28, 1939, releasing <br />and quitclalming to the City of Santa Ana all the right, title <br />and interest of said Chas. A. Harp and Ethel M. Harp in and to <br />all that real property situated in the City of Santa Ana, County <br />of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot $ in Tract No. 474 "Cochem's West Sixth <br /> Street Addition" as shown on a map recorded <br /> in Book l? at page 15 of Miscellaneous Maps, <br /> records of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts the quitclaim deed in and to the said real property <br />hereinabove described. The City Clerk of the City of Santa Ana <br />is hereby instructed to cause said quitclaim deed to be recorded <br />with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana, at its resular meeting, held on the 6th day <br />of December, 1948. <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
