RESOLUTION NO. 3719 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br />UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 AS AMENDED BY <br />ORDINANCE N0. 1192 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 0P THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of 0rdl- <br />nanoe No. 1030 of the City of Santa Aha, entitled "An Ordinance <br />of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the Use of Public Highways <br />Within said City"· adopted April 6, 1946, as amended by Ordinance <br />No. 1192, adopted Janusmy 20, 1947, the City Council does hereby <br />declare that the following public highway in the City of Santa <br />Ana shall be a one houm parking zone, as provided in Subdivision <br />"fl" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, as amended by <br />0rdinanc~ No. 1192, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to <br />post two (2) notices of said parking limitation on both sides <br />of said Street in each block, as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> EAST FOURTH STREET <br /> <br /> On both sides, from the East line of Mortimer Street, <br />to the West Line of Grand Avenue. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Santa Aha, at its regular <br /> <br /> 2Otb day of December <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> meeting held on the <br /> <br />· 1948. <br /> <br /> Ma~or ~ <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
