RESOLUTION NO. 3720 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1050 AS A~ENDED BY <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1192 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That prusuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordi- <br />nance No. 10~0 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance <br />of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the Use of Public Highways <br />Within said City", adopted April 6, 19~6, as amended by Ordinance <br />No. 1192, adopted January 20, 1947, the City Council does hereby <br />declare that the following public highway in the City of Santa <br />Ana shall be a one hour parking zone, as provided in Subdivision <br />"fl" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 10~O, as amended by <br />Ordinance No. 1192, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to <br />post two (2) notices of said parking limitation on both sides of <br />said Street in each block, as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> WEST FOURTH STREET <br /> <br /> On both sides, between Bristol Street and Hesperian <br /> Street. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Santa Ana, at its regular <br /> <br /> 20tn day of December <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br /> meeting held on the <br /> <br />· 1948. <br /> <br />( SE AL ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
