RESOLUTION NO, 57Zl <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER 0RDi~ANCE NO. 1050 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by previous Resolution of the City Council <br />of the City of Santa Aha, pursuant to the provisions of the <br />Vehicle Code of the State of California, and ,pureuant to the <br />provisions of Ordinance No. 1050 of the City of Santa Aha, <br />entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the Use of Public Highways <br />within said City", adopted April S, 1956, the City Council did <br />declare that the following curbs and pavement adjacent thereto <br />along the public highways in the City of Santa Aha shall be <br />painted with stripes to indicate that diagonal parking is <br />permitted as provided in Subdivision "D" of Section 9, of said <br />Ordinance No. 1050, and the City Engineer was thereby directed <br />to cause the curb to be painted as above described on the <br />following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> ,STREET <br /> <br /> On both sides between Mortimer Street and the <br /> <br />East City Limits. <br /> <br /> AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon <br /> and eliminate that certain diagonal parking as above described. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing <br /> diagonal parking is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is <br /> hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb and pavement to <br /> be removed ox. coverede <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the citY Council of the City of <br /> Santa Ama, at its regular meeting held on the _20th day of <br /> <br />December.. , 1948e <br /> <br />ATTEST:~. <br />..... <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
