RESOLUTION NO. 3722 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordi- <br />nance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Aha, entitled "An Ordinance <br />of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the Use of Public Highways <br />Within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does <br />hereby declare that the following curb along a public highway <br />in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Red as provided in <br />Subdivision "e" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the <br />City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted <br />Red, as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> WELLINGTON AVENUE <br /> <br /> On the South side between Garfield and Poinsettia <br />Streets, located as follows: <br /> <br /> The West 14.3 feet. <br /> <br /> On the North side between Lacy and Poinsettia Streets, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The East 20.$ feet of the West 514.9 feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana, at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />December 19 48 . <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />( SEAL ) <br /> <br /> <br />
