RESOLUTION NO. 572§ RESOLUTION APPROVING MAP SHOWING PORTION OF WASHINGTON AND POINSETTIA STREETS, IN TPIE CITY OF SANTA ANA PROPOSED TO BE VACATED AND ABANDONED. WHEREAS, heretofore the City Engineer of the City of S~nta Ann has presented to the City Council of Santa Aha, a certain map showing a portion of Washington and Poinsettia Streets, which said city proposes to vacste, abandon and close up, and which is described as follows: A triangular piece of land beginning et the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block A, Re-sub of Boteler's Addition, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 3, Page 23, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County; thence South- erly along the Easterly line of said Lot i to the intersection of the Northwesterly line of Lot 32, Block 68, Santa Aha East; thence North- easterly along the Northwesterly line of said Lot 32 to the Northeasterly corder of said Lot 32; thence Southeasterly~along the Northeasterly line of Lots 32 and 31, Block 68, Santa Ann East to the intersection of the Northeasterly lise of Lot 31, Block 68,.Santa Ann East~ thence North- westerly along the Westerly line of Poin- settia Street, to a point of beginning, said Westerly line being 30 feet from and parallel with the center line of Poinsettia Street. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the said map be and the same is hereby approved. The City Clerk of the City of Santa Ann is ordered and directed to file the same in the proceedings for the abandonment of said portion of said street~ t~at said map may be used in connection with the Ordinance or Resolution of Inten- tion to vacate such portion of said streets, and that said map may be available for inspection by the public.
