RESOLUTION NO. $658 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED WHEREAS, Arland E. Purington and Eldora R. Purington, husband and wife, have presented to the City Council of Santa Ana a grant deed dated April 21, 19~8, conveying certain real property to the City of Santa Aha, a municipal corporation; said real property being situated in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, and described as fol- lows: Beginning at a point in the North line of Fourth Street, 27.85 feet Easterly from the intersection of the North line of Fourth Street with the East line of Bristol Street as described in Deed recorded in Book 414, Page ll of Deeds, records of Orange County, California. Thence Westerly along the North line of Fourth Street 27.85 feet to the said East line of Bristol Street; thence Northerly along the said East line of Bristol Street, 125 feet more or less, to the South line of the land conveyed to C. E. Layering by deed recorded in Book 129, Page 142 of Deeds, thence Easterly along the said South line, 32.64 feet to a point; thence Southerly in a strsight line to the point of beginning.
