RESOLUTIQN NO. ~661 WHEREAS, GEORGE STEARNS and ETTA MAE STEARNS, husband and wife, have presented to the City Council of Santa Aha a grant deed dated May 14th, 1948, conveying certain real property to the City of Santa Aha, a Municipal Corporation, for alley purposes; said real property being sit- uated in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the East line of Flower Street (60.00 feet wide) as described in Deed to the City of Santa Ana recorded February 8t$, 1946 in Book 1373 at page 419 of Official Records, records of Orange County, California, said point being distant Southerly 199 feet, measured along said East line, from the South line of Seven- teenth Street as widened to 80.00 feet by final decree of condemna- tion rendered January ll, 1932 in Case No. 27242 in the Superior Court of California, thence from said point of beginning, East, parallel to said South line of Seventeenth Street, 239.00 feet to a point; thence South 0° 37' 3~e~ta~parallel to said East line of Flower Street 18 feet; thence W~~id South line of Seventeenth Street 239 feet to a point in said East line of Flower Street; thence North 0° 37' 33" East along said East line 18 feet to the point of beginning. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City of Santa Aha ac- cepts said deed and the City Clerk of the City of Santa Ana is hereby in- structed to attach to said deed a certified copy of this Resolu~on and to provide for the recording of said deed with the County Recorder of Orange County. at its 1958.
