RESOLUTION NO. 3762 RESOLUTION ~.CCEPTING DEED CONYEFING EASE~ENT. ~?HEREAS, James B. Utt and Charlena E. Utt, husband and wife, have presented to the City Council of Santa Aha, a grant deed dated March 21, 1949, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an easement for all uses and purposes of a public street in, over and upon all of that real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of Californie, and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center line of Edinger Street, which is 2.54 feet Westerly from the intersection of the center line of Flower Street with the center line of Edinger Street; thence South 0° 22' 10" West 676.91 feet to a point, all as shown on a Licensed Surveyor's Nap filed in Book 7, page 44 of Record of Surveys in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California; thence South 89° 22' 50" West 20.73 feet to a point which is 22 feet Westerly from the center line of Flower Street vextended Southerly from Edinger Street; thence Northerly parallel to and 22 feet distant from the said extension of t~e center line of Flower Street to an intersection with the center line of Edin- gar Street; thence Easterly along the center line of Edinger Street 19.46 feet to the point of be- ginning. Excepting therefrom the right of way for that portion of Edinger Street included in the above description. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts the deed of said real property hereinabove described. The City Clerk of the City of Santa Aha is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
