RESOLUTION NO. ~787 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br />WHEREAS, J. E. PRENTICE, has presented to the City Council of <br /> <br />Santa Ana, e grant deed dated May 19, 1949, dedicating the land,here- <br />inbelow described,to the CITY OF SANTA ANA, a Municipal Corporation of <br /> <br />the Fifth Class, for all the purposes of a public parK, which land is <br /> <br />situate in the County of Orange, State of California, and described as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />That portion of Lot A of the Stafford and Tustin <br />Tract as per map thereof re6orded in Book 2 at <br />Page 618 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles <br />County, California, lying Easterly of the West- <br />erly curb line of Mabury Street, extended South- <br />erly from First Street to Main Street across <br />said Lot A of Stafford and Tustin Tract. <br /> <br />Reserving the necessary easements for water pipe <br />lines, as now exist across said property for <br />purpose of irrigation the remaining portion of <br />Lot A of the West side of extended ~abury Street. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Santa Aha <br /> <br />accepts the deed of said real property hereinabove described.
