RESOLUTION NO. 3V89 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED GR~NTING EASEMENT WHERE~S, WALTER ~. COOK, an unmarried man, has presented the City Council of Santa Ana, California, a deed deted May 1949, conveying an easement for all the purposes of constructing and maintaining pipes, conduit and other devices for drainage and sewer purposes in, through, upon snd across that certain real pro- perty in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of Calif- ornia, described as follows: That portion of the Southwest quarter of the South- west quarter of Section 17, Township 5 South, Range 9 West, S.B.B. & M., in the County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of McFadden Street with the West line of said Section 17, said point being the Northwest corner of the land described in the deed to W. A. Cook and wife, recor- ded January 18, 1928, in Book 120, page 337 of 0ffi- cial Records; thence East along said center line 20 feet; thence South 31 feet to the true point of be- ginning of the land herein described; thence North 11 feet; thence East 31 feet; thence Southwesterly in a direct line to the true point of beginning. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Santa Aha accepts the deed of said easement in, over and upon the real property hereinabove described. The City Clerk of the City of Santa Aha is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. Ana at 19~9.
