RESOLUTION NO. ~806 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED GR;,NTING EA SE~NT WIiEREAS, ROY C. BOGARDUS ~nd GRACE S. BOG;~DUS, have presented the city Council of Santa Aaa, Californis.~ a deed dated June l&, 19&9 conveying an easement for all the purposes and uses of a public street through, along, upon and across that certain real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of C~lifornia, described as fol- lows: A strip of land 30 feet in width lying along the East side of the following described center line.: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Tract No. 557, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 18, psge 25 of ~iscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, said Southeast corner being the point of intersection of the East line of Lots E, F, G, H and I of said Tract No. 557 with the center line of Borch~rd Avenue, the said 'East lin6 Qf Lots E, F, G, H and I being the center line of a proposed 60 foot wide street when the Easterly 30 feet of the said proposed street is deeded for street purposes. Thence Northerly el0ng the East line of Lots E, F, G snd a part of H, 1314.72 feet, more or less, to the South line of property deeded for street pur- poses, granted to the City of Santa Ans by Charles H. Baldwin and Esther H. Baldwin on the 15th day of March 1925, recorded in Volume 48~, page 471 of Deeds, records of Orange County, California. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Santa Aha accepts the deed of said easement in, over and upon the real property hereinabove described. The City Clerk of the City of Santa Aha is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, Callfcrnia.
