RESOLUTION NO. 3808 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED GR~/~TiNG <br /> EiSE~.~NT <br /> <br /> 'NHEREAS, the SANTA ANA BOARD 0FEDUCATION, <br />Council of Santa Ann, California, a deed dated <br />an easement for all the purposes and uses of a <br /> <br />has presented the City <br />June 14, 1949, e~nveying <br />public street through, <br /> <br />along, upon and across that certain real property in the City of Santa <br />Aris, County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: <br /> <br /> A strip of land 40 feet in width for the <br />North Half of Delhi Road Easterly from Flower Street <br />and more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning st the intersection of the center <br />line of Delhi Road and the center line of Flower <br />Street as shown on a Map of Tract 581 recorded in <br />Book 19 page 37 Records of Orange County; thence <br />Easterly along the center line of Delhi Reed 513.13 <br />feet to a point; thence Northerly 40 feet to a <br />point; thence Westerly parallel to and 40 feet distant <br />from the center line of Delhi Road to the center line <br />of Flower Street; thence Southerly along the center <br />line of Flower Street to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Santa Ann accepts the <br />deed of said essement in, over ahd upon the real property hereinabove des- <br />cribed.
