RESOLUTION NO. 3809 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED GR;~NTING EASE~,.~.ET ~EqEREAS, the S%h~A ~N~ B0;~RD OF EDUCf, TION, has presented to the City Council of Santa ~na, California, a deed dated June 14, 1949, con- veying an easement for all the purposes e~d uses of a public street through, along, upon and across that certain real property in the City of Santa ~na, County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: A strip of land 30 feet in width for t~e East one half of Flower Street between Delhi Road and Ane~ burst Place, end more particularly described as fol- lows: Beginnin~ at the intersection of the center line of Delhi~oad with the center line of Flower Street as shown on a Map of Tract 581 recorded in Book 19 page 37 Records of Orange County. Thence Northerly along the said center line of Flower Street to its intersection with the center lin~ of Anahurst Place as shown on a Map of Tract 597 as recorded in Book 19 page 7 Records of Orange County. Thence Easterly 30 feet along the said center line of Anahurst Place to a point. Thence Southerly para- llel to and 30 feet distant from the said center line of Flower Street to an intersection with the center line of Delhi Road. Thence Westerly along the center line of Delhi Road to the point of beg- inning. Excepting therefrom Easements and Rights of Way of Records. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Santa Ans accepts the deed of said easement in, over and upon the real property hereinabove described. The City Clerk of the City of Santa ~na is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
