RESOLUTION NO.~810 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GR;INT DEED ~3~EREAS, J. E, PRENTICE, has presented to the City Council of Santa ~na, ~ grant deed dsted May 20, 1949, dedicating the land herein- below described to the CITY OF S~NTY~ ~ND~, a Municipal Corporation of the Fifth Class, for all the purposes of a public park, which lend is situate in the County of Orange, State of California, end described es follows: That portion of Lot A of the Stafford and Tustin Tract, as shown on a map recorded in Book 2, at page 618 of Miscel- laneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, bounded and described ss follows: Begianing at the point of intersection of the Easterly line of said Lot A with the Southerly line of First Street, end running thence South 89° 07' 30" West along said South- erly line of First Street 363.18 feet;~thence South 89° ll' 20" Vest along~said Southerly line of ~irst Street 15.82 feet; thence South 0~ 14' 50" East, parallel with the Easterly line of said Lot A, 1240.75 feet to t he Northerly line of Main Street; thence North 89° 05' 30" East along said Northerly line of Main Street 379 feet to the Easterly line of s~d Lot A; thence North O° 14' 50" West along said Easterly line 1240.52 feet to the point of beginning. ALSO all interest of the grantor ih the Southerly half of First Street adjoining said land on the North, and the Northerl~ half of Main Street adjoining said land on the South. And a minimum of 50 monkeys shall be maintained on said premises at all times. ~T SUCH TIME that any of the above conditions are not fulfilled, the same shall cause the premises to re- vert to the grantor, his heirs or assigns, end gran- tors, his heirs or essigns shall be entitled to immed- iate possession thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the ~ity of Santa Ana accepts the deed of said real property hereinebove described. The City Clerk of the City of Santa Ana is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of 0r~nge County, C~lifornia.
