RESOLUTION NO. ~812 RESOLUTION A~OEPTING DEED GRANTING EASEMENT WHEREAS, the FIRST NATIONAL BANK IN SANTA ANA, a National Bank- Association, and MADELINE B. HARDING, formerly Madeline B. Bablyon, have presented the City Council of Santa Ann, California, a deed dated ~uly 7, 1949, conveying an easement for all the purposes and uses of a pablio.street, through, along, upon and across that certain real pro- party in the City of Santa Ama, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: An easement for street purposes for a portion of a street to be known as Towner Street, and more particularly des- cribed as follows: A strip of land 60 feet in width being 30 feet on each side of the following described center line: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Tract No. 557, as shown on a map recorded in Book 18, page 25, Miscellan- eous Maps, Records of Orange County, thence Southerly along the Southerly extended East line of Lot E of said Tract 557 to am intersection with the center line of Edinger Street. Excepting therefrom that portion of Edinger Street prev- iously granted for street purposes. Reserving and excepting the existing underground concrete pipe line for irrigation purposes, running in an Easterly and Westerly direction through and across the above des- cribed strip of lend near the North line thereof and the right to use and maintain the same. NOW, TM~.REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Santa Ann accepts the deed of said easement in, over ami upon the real property herein- above described.
