Requested by Post Office, Sub-Station <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3824 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TINE LIMIT PARKING ZONE <br /> UNDER SECTION 9 of ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code <br /> <br />of the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An <br />Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the use of Public <br />Highways within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City <br />Council does hereby declare that the following curb along the. <br />publlc highways in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted green <br />and shall bear a legend in white letters thereon indicating <br />that the maximum time limit for parking shall be twenty (20) minutes, <br />as provided in Subdivision "F" of Section 9 of said Ordinance <br />No. 1030, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said <br />curb to be painted as above described, on the following curb, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br /> MAIN STREET <br /> <br /> On the West side of Main Street between Edinger <br /> <br />and Borchard Avenue, located as follows: <br /> <br /> The North 40.8 feet of the South 86.8 feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana, at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of <br /> <br /> August , 1949. <br /> <br /> ~ayor <br /> <br />ATTESTS_ <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />CS AL <br /> <br /> <br />
