RESOLUTION NO. 3826 RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO REPORT OF STREET SUPERINTENDENT, APPROVING REPORT AND ORDERING A COPY THEREOF FILED WITH THE TAX COLLECTOR. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 0F THE CITY 0P SANTA ANA: WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana did, on the 4th day of April, 1949, pass Resolution No. 5788, deter- mining and declaring that weeds which bear seeds of a wingy or downy nature and which attain such a large growth as to become a fire menace when dry and which are noxious and dangerous,-were growing upon the streets, sidewalks, and private property in the City of Santa Ana, described in the itemized report submitted herewith; and WIiE~AS, on the 2nd day of Way, 1949, the City Council further passed Resolution No. ~777, ordering the Street Superin- tendent of said City to abate such public nuisance; and WHEREAS, the said Street Superintendent has given notice as required by law, in which notice the 1st day of August, 19~9, at the hour of 2:00 o'clock p.m., was fixed as the time, and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as t he place, where any and all persons interested and WHEREAS, at the time in the said report might be heard; set the Street Superintendent submitted the said report, and all of said protests or objections to said report having been heard; and IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha that all of said protests or objections to the said report of the work done, be and the same are hereby overruled and the report affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, and he is hereby directed to file a copy of said report with the Tax Collector.
