visions of Sections 2824 to 2830, inclusive, of the Streets <br />and Highways Code of the State of California; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Resolution No. 3828 concerning <br />said work or improvement adopted on the 1st day of August, <br />1949, be and the same is hereby rescinded and repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That, in general, the nature, location <br />and extent of said proposed work or improvement is shown on <br />said plans and specifications and reference is hereby made <br />to said plans and specifications for a description of the <br />nature, location and extent of such work or improvement and <br />for all particulars relative thereto. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the boundaries of the district <br />or lands to be specially assessed to pay all of the cost of <br />said proposed improvement (except for the cash,contribution <br />of $9,035.72 as set forth in Section 4 hereof) are shown on <br />said map designated "MAP OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NG. 194", <br />which map shall govern for all details as to the extent of <br />the district. <br /> <br /> Section ~. That the entire cost and expense of <br />said proposed work or improvement shall be assessed against <br />the lands in said district except for the cash contribution <br />of $9,035.72, which sum this City Council hereby determines <br />shall be paid toward the cost and expense of said work or <br /> <br /> <br />
