P~SOLUTION NO. 184~ A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE VACATION, ABANDONMENT, AND CLOSING OF TWO UN-NAMED AI~yS, AS DESCRIBED IN ORDINANCE OF INTENTION NUMBER 1263. WM~EAS, heretofore the City Council of the City of Santa Aaa, on the let day of August, 19&9, regularly passed and adopted Ordinance NumBer 1263, declaring its intention to vacate and abandon two portions of an un-named alley therein and hereinbelow described, which said Ordinance was regularly published as required by law; and WEEREAS, notice of said intention was duly posted, as required by Section 8322 of the Streets and Highways Code; and WHEREAS, public hearing was regularly held on the 6th day of September, 19~9, at the hour of 2 P.M. in the Council Chambers in the City Hall of Santa Aaa, California, upon due notice in said Ordinance and said posted notices contained; NOW, THEREFORE, AFTER DU~ HEARING, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Santa Ann hereby finds, from all the evidence submitted, that those portions of certain un-named alleys hereinbelow and in said Ordinance, described, are unnecessary for the present or prospective public street and alley purposes. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Santa Aaa hereby makes its order vacating, abandoning and closing up for street and alley purposes those certain parcels of real property being in the City of Santa Ama, County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: Ail of that certain alley 14 feet in width in Block "A" of French's addition to Santa Aha as shown on a map thereof in Book 23 at Page 41, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, and All of that portion of a certain un-named alley not heretofore vacated and abandoned, which lies in Block "B" of Bailey's Addition to the Town of Santa Ann as per map thereof recorded in Book 21 at Page 12 Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Los Angeles County.
