RESOLUTION NO. 3860 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION ~NDING AND CORRECTING RESOLUTION NO. 3666 <br /> <br /> WtiEREAS, heretofore the City ~ouncil adopted Resolution <br />Number 3666 Fixing Salaries, Establishing Positions and Classi- <br />fications of emPloyment for employees of the City of santa ~na; and <br /> <br /> City Ordinance N~aber 888 is in the process of being <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />repealed; and <br /> <br /> \THEREAS, <br /> <br /> the City Council at its regular meeting on October <br />3, 19~9 took official action to effect certain changes in the po- <br />sition of Assistant Auditor and Purchasing Agent; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Resolution Number 3666 <br />be and the same is hereby amended, altered, superseded, and changed <br />by striking therefrom the positions of AUDITOR and PURCHASING AGENT <br />and by adding a new classification in lieu and instead of ASSISTANT <br />AUDITOR and PURCMASING AGENT to read as follows: <br /> <br />CLASSIFICATION <br /> <br /> 1. 2. 3. <br />Beginning BASIC RATE ADVJ~CED <br />let Year RATE <br /> <br />Purchasing Agent <br /> <br />$285.oo $3oo.oo $315.oo <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTH~ RESOLVED: That the Classification of Purchasing <br />Agent shall require such duties in addition to purchasing, as the <br />Council may direct or delegate. <br /> <br /> BE IT FUR~HER RESOLVED: T~at this change shall take effect <br />on the _!~__ day of November__ 19..~..~. <br /> <br /> PASSED ~D ADOPTED <br />~na, at its <br /> <br /> October , 19..~9. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CITY CLERK <br /> <br />by the City Council of the ~ity of ~anta <br /> regular meeting on the 17t~ day of <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
