RESOLUTION AUTHORIZINO EX~0UTIONA~D DELIvm~¥ 0F D~ CONYm~IN~ ~ALPROPERTY WHEREAS, heretofore the City of Santa Ann advertised for bids on certain real property and on May let, 1950 said bide were opened before the Board of Trustees of said City and the bid of Beklns Van and ~torage Oompany in amount of Thirty-one Thousand Five Hundred Dollars (~31,500.00) was accepted and found to be the highest and best bid offered for said property; NOW, ~EFORE, the COuncil of the City of Santa Aha hereby finds that the real property herein described is not neaessary for the present or prospective use of the City of Santa Ann, confirms the sale heretofore ~ade and accepts the bid herelnabove referred to and hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor to execute a deed and to deliver the same to the Reliance Title Company in escrow Number 26306-A, the conditions of the escrow to be those set forth in escrow instructions heretofore signed by the Mayor of said City; the deed herein referred to frc~ the City of Santa Ann, a Municipal Corporation of the Fifth Class to Bekins Van & Storage Company, a Corporation, shall convey title to that certain real property in the City of Santa, 0ounty of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: That portion of Lots 1 and 2, Ports, Borden and Sidwell Tract, as per map thereof recorded in Book 5, at page 625 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center line of Main Street distant thereon North 0° 35' 19' East 85.92 feet from the intersection of said center line with the center line of Edgewood Road, as said intersection is shown on a map of Tract No. 139, as per ~ap thereof recorded in Book 11, at page 36 of Miscellaneous M~ps, records of said Orange County, and runningnthenCeMax North 0v 35' 19" East along said center line of Street 515.79 feet; thence at right angles 33 feet to a ~oint in the West line of Main Street, said point being the ~outherly terminus of that certain course in the deed to the State of California recorded December 7, 1958 in Book 1770, at page 261 of Official Records, having a bearing of South 0° 35t 19' West and a length of ~$.95 feet; thence along the Southerly line of the land conveyed.to the Sta~e of California by said deed t~e following courses.
