KESOLUTION NO. 3938 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED (H~ANTING EASEME~ SEARS, ROEBUCK AND CO., a New York Corporation, has presented the City Council of Santa Aha, California, a deed dated November 18, 19~9 conveying an easement for all the purposes and uses of a public street through, along, upon and across that real property situated in the County of Orange , State of California and described as follows: That portion of the F.W. Xoll Allotment in the parti- tion of the Rancho Santiago de Santo Ana, bounded and described as follows: REG~IN~ at the point of intersection of the center line of ~aln Street, 66 feet wide, aa described in a deed dated 0otober 9, 1913, and recorded in Book 250 at page 73 of Deeds, records of Orange County, California, at the south- east corner of Tract No. 531 as shown on the Map of said Tract recorded in Book 18 at pages 2 and 3 of Miscellaneous M~ps. records of said Orange County. and running thence South 0° 33' 15' West along said center line of Main ~treet. 30 feet;thence North 89° 25' 15' West parallel with the'south- erly line of said Tract No. 531, 588 feet more or less to the easterly line of Broadway, 80 feet wide, as described in the deed to the 0ity of S~xtaAna dated January 27, 19~0, and re- corded in Book.,103~ at page 115 of Official Records in the Office of the ~ounty Recorder of said Orange 0ounty; thence northerly along said easterly line of Broadway, 30 feet to the southerly line of said Tract No. 531; thence South, 89° 25' 15' East along said southerly line of Tract No. 531, 588 feet more or leas to the point of beginning. SUB.CT to easements of record. NOW, TEEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the 01ty of Santa Ana accepts the deed of said easement in, over and upon the real proper- ty hereinabove described. The 01ty Clerk of the City of Santa Ana is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the Coun- ty Recorder of Orange County, California.
