RESOLUTION NO. 3951 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A MAP OF A PORTION OF STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY PROPOSED TO BE ABANDONED AND VACATED WH~EAS, heretofore the City Engineer of the City of Santa Ann has presented to the City Council of Santa Ann, a certain map whowimg a certain unimproved street right-of-way across land be- longing to the City of Santa Ann, known as the Nisson Property, which said City proposes to vacate, abandon and close up, and which is described as follows: Right-of-way for street purposes over the following: A portion of Lot 1 of "Ports, Borden and Sidwell Tract", as shown on a map recorded in Book $, at page 625 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles 0ounty, Cal- ifornia, described as follows: A strip of land 60 feet in width, being 30 feet on each side of the followlmg described center line: Beginning at a point in the center line of Main Street, distant along said center line North 00° 55' 00" East, 555.61 feet from the intersection of said center line with the center line of Edgewood Road, as said in- tersection is shown on map of Tract No. 139, recorded in Book 11, at page 36, of Miscellaneous Maas, records of said Orange County; thence running North 89v 15' 00" West, 598.55 feet to angle point in State Highway right-of-way line. The side lines of said 60 foot strip shall be lengthened or shortened as required to intersect with the State Highway right-of-way line. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the said map be and the same is hereby approved. The City Clerk of the City of Santa Ann is ordered and directed to file the same in the proceedings for the abandonment of said portion of said street that said map may be used in connection with the Ordinance or Resolution of In- tention to vacate such portion of said street, and that said map mar be available for inspection by the public.
