RESOLUTION NO. 3944 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2486 of the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana, dated the 5th day of October, 1936, pursuant <br />to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, <br />and prusuaut to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 ~ the City <br />of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the Use of Public <br />Highways within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council <br />did declare that the following curb along the public highway in <br />the City of Santa Ana be painted Yellow as provided in Subdivision <br />"H" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer <br />was thereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as above <br />described on the following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> WEST FIFTH STREET <br /> <br /> On the North side between Birch Street and Broadway, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The Easterly 20 feet of the Westerly 244 feet. <br /> <br /> AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon and <br />eliminate that certain loading zone as above described. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing <br />loading zone is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby <br />directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions <br />of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the <br />provisions of said Ordinance No. 1030, the following curb along <br />the public highway in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Yellow <br /> <br /> <br />
