RESOLUTION NO. 3947 RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ADDITIONAL DIGESTION FACILITIES BE IT RESOL~ED: That the City of Santa Aha as contracting City for the member Cities and Sanitary Districts, parties to the joint agreements for the operation of the outfall sewer facilities in Orange County, hereby accepts the bid of FRED J. EARLY JR. Co. in amount of One Hundred Thirty-nine Thousand, Nine Hundred Seventy- oeven Dollars ($139,977.00) for the construction of additional di- gestion facilities at the Orange County Joint 0utfall Sewage Treat- ment Plant and in addition to the said bid, hereby awards to said Fred J. Early Jr. Co., a contract in amount of Eight ~iundred Sixty- five Dollars ($865.00) for the construction of eight pilasters as a part of the new digester to be constructed, all in accordance with plans end specifications as prepared by Koebig & Koebig, Consulting Engineers, Job No. F-6183.
