RESOLUTION NO. 3950 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED ~EAS, the SANTA ANA BOARD ~F EDUCATION has presented to the City Council of Santa Aaa, Oalif~rnia, a deed dated June 16th 1950, conveying an easement for all dses and purposes of a public street in, over and upon the real prSperty situated in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: A strip of land 60 feet in width being 30 feet on each side of the following described center line: Beginning at a point in the north line of Washington Avenue 30 feet westerly from the southeast corner of Lot 4, Block "B" Tract No. 551, as shown on a map recorded in Book 16, Page 51, Records of Orange County; thence northerly, parallel to and 30 feet distant from the east line of the said Lot 5 to the north line thereof; thence northerly along the arc of a curve concave to the southeast having a radius of 300 feet and a central angle of 25° 06' 08" a distance of 126.20 feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence northerly along the arc of a curve concave to the northwest having a radius of 300 feet and a central angle of 25° 07' 58" a dis- tance of 126.36 feet to the beginning of a tangent which is 30 feet easterly from and parallel to the west line of that certain piece of property purchased by the Santa Ann Board of Education from Walter 0. Hill and Ora G. Hill by deed dated November 3, 1958, recorded in Book 1725, Page 199, Records of Orange County, California; thence northerly along the said tangent to the south line of Lot 10, Record of Survey 3-7; thence northerly 30 feet east of and parallel to the west line of the said Lot l0 to the north line thereof. Excepting therefrom that portion of 15th Street in- cluded in the above description. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann accept the deed to said easement over the real property herein described. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Orange, County, California.
